Panama Papers
Ingredients
- 4 cl Traspers Rum
- 2 cl lime juice
- 1 cl rock candy syrup
- 5 cl Champagne
- Mint sprig
Method: Shake all ingredients except the Champagne with ice. Double strain into a glass, top with Champagne, and garnish with a mint sprig.
Grapefruit Groove
Ingredients
- 5 cl Traspers Rum
- 2 cl lime syrup
- Grapefruit soda to top up
- Rosemary sprig
Method: Add rum and lime syrup to a wine glass with ice. Top with grapefruit soda, stir gently, and garnish with a rosemary sprig.
Tropical Airlines
Ingredients
- 5 cl Traspers Rum
- 3 cl lime juice
- 2 cl coconut syrup
- 1 dash cardamom bitters
- 10 cl tropical lemonade
- Dried mango & mint for garnish
Method: Pour all ingredients into a highball glass with ice, stir gently, and garnish with dried mango and mint.
Cane & Leaf
Ingredients
- 5 cl Traspers Rum
- 2 cl lime juice
- 1 cl sugar syrup
- 8 cl soda water
- 6–8 mint leaves
- Lime wedge
Method: Clap the mint to release the aroma, then add all ingredients to a glass. Fill with crushed ice and stir gently.
Danza del Mono
Ingredients
- 5 cl Traspers Rum
- 2 cl lime juice
- 1.5 cl banana syrup
- 2 dashes Old Fashioned bitters
- 10 cl ginger beer
- Banana chip & mint for garnish
Method: Add all ingredients to a glass with ice, stir, and garnish with a banana chip and mint.
Green Trail
Ingredients
- 4 cl Traspers Rum
- 3 cl mate tea
- 2 cl lemon juice
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 8 cl soda water
- Lemon slice for garnish
Method: Build in a long drink glass with ice, stir gently, and garnish with a lemon slice.
Forest Fizz
Ingredients
- 4 cl Traspers Rum
- 1 cl lemon juice
- 1 cl elderflower syrup
- Tonic water to top up
- Rosemary sprig
